It feels like just yesterday that we could hear Rihanna singing, "we found love in a hopeless place," coming from the speakers of where we met, working retail at the Adidas Employee Store. John was a quiet, calming presence to the chaotic footwear section while Katie was all no-nonsense at the cash wrap. One busy morning, we both found ourselves working side-by-side at the cash registers and the banter has not stopped since. Fast forward almost 10 years later, we have cemented a life together in the Pacific Northwest. While both of us are transplants to Oregon, Portland has become our home and we cannot wait to share it with you all next October. .
